Junior HR Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Junior HR Data Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Fredrik Nilsson, Head of Digital Solutions in Group People & Culture, and I’m looking for someone who is curious, hands-on and eager to grow with us.

We’re a skilled and collaborative cross-border team managing Workday, shaping digital HR experiences, and building smart solutions that make a real difference across the organization.

What you’ll do:
Play a key role in strengthening how global HR data is structured, maintained, and used by building consistent reporting foundations, improving data quality, and enabling more efficient digital solutions across the organization.
Develop, improve and maintain a reliable reporting structure in Workday, ensuring data is aligned across markets and use cases and support clear, accurate, and business-relevant reporting.
