Junior Instrument Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, calibration, testing , and commissioning of field instrumentation including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters .

• Support senior technicians in routine maintenance , loop checking , signal testing , and basic troubleshooting of instruments and control systems.

• Follow instructions to carry out maintenance tasks on devices such as control valves , RTDs , thermocouples , and pneumatic instruments .

• Learn to read and interpret instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring drawings).

• Ensure tools and testing devices are prepared and maintained in good working condition.

• Maintain housekeeping and comply with site safety standards and ADNOC protocols during all work activities.
