Junior interior designer

We are currently looking for the following designers to join our team: Senior Interior Designer – Specialising in Interior Architecture

Requirements: Min 5-10 years experience Proficiency in Auto CAD & Sketch Up is a must Demonstrate advanced understanding of the interior design/interior architecture process

Job Description:

Be responsible for a project from design development through to execution. Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor (QS), Builder, and various subcontractors. Attend all site meetings, site inspections, joinery/furniture factory meetings, etc Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Procurement for projects – Source & select finishes, sanitaryware, ironmongery, etc. Drawing up the full set of working drawings in CAD, as well as creating schedules (Lighting, Sanitaryware, doors, ironmongery, finishes, et...
