Job Description
Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. 
30 hours per week. Tuesday-Friday, Wednesday- Saturday on a rotational basis. Hours of work will cover 6.00am - 2.00pm and 10.00am - 6.00pm.
Purpose of the post:
Support the water microbiology department. 
Preparation of media (agars etc.) to be used in microbiological analysis
Sample preparation in line with company protocols
Microbiological analysis of water samples in line with company protocols
Training and operation of relevant equipment
General housekeeping of laboratory and prevention of cross contamination
Accurate Data entry into laboratory database
Accurate record-keeping associated with UKAS quality system
Effective communication with all employees
Report any anomalous results or situations to Laboratory Supervisor
