Responsibilities
- Contract management: review, draft, and amend a wide range of contracts.
- Support the negotiation of commercial and licensing agreements.
- Prepare contract amendments and related documentation.
- Maintain contract templates and legal records.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal standards.
- Partner with Geoscience and HPC commercial and sales teams.
