Your Role:As a Junior position in the global team, you will support the availability of IT systems and services for an international company with more than 65 locations worldwide including multiple cloud-based and physical data centers.You provide 1st and 2nd Level support solving current network security related incidents, service requests, changes and problems.You will pro-actively monitor and improve IT network security systems to provide optimal performance.Perform regular system health‐checks including but not limited to: Review and resolution of network alerts generated via NORMA Group monitoring systems.Ensuring system recoverability by actively monitoring and ma...
