Our prestige client is looking for a junior operations manager/ executive assisatnt
What you'd actually be doing
You'd be the right-hand person to the company owner of a sports travel and events business. Rather than just managing diaries and emails, you'd help run lots of parts of the business.
Your work would include:
* Organising sports tours and events in the UK and overseas.
* Talking to clients, hotels, venues, transport companies, and suppliers.
* Booking and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Helping with sales and customer enquiries.
* Supporting marketing and social media.
* Creating reports and helping the owner make business decisions.
* Travelling to events and tours to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Taking on whatever projects need doing as the company grows.
