Junior Partner (Litigation)

A highly-regarded US law firm has requested Kinney Recruiting's assistance in a search for a Junior Partner for the firm's Shanghai office. The candidate must have at least 8 years of practice experience (8 PQE+). This law firm is known for its expertise in cross-border and US domestic litigation matters, government investigations, white-collar investigations and defense, and IP litigation. Most of the attorneys based in the firm's four non-US offices earned US JD degrees and practiced in a law firm in the US before ultimately returning to their home country. Candidates for this position must have a US JD degree and admitted to practice law in at least one US state. The candidate must also be fluent in Mandarin Chinese. On the administrative front, the firm will take care of any relocation or employment costs. The attorneys at this firm are well compensated - US-licensed associates in Shanghai are paid on the Cravath scale.
