Relevant experience: 13 years of experience in payments product support operations or migration related work
Mandatory Requirements- Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances and the operational implications of product changes.
- Ability to independently drive migration tasks and follow through on execution milestones.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to support delivery across teams and markets.
- Data and analytics capability is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to CMS card platforms or core processing environments is preferred.
- Comfortable working in an execution-focused support role within a regional delivery team.
