Junior Production Manager

Reporting to the Estate Manager, the Junior Production Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily farm operations while leading a team of supervisors. The role includes planning, organising, and coordinating all production activities from planting to harvesting ensuring high-quality yields in line with industry standards.
