Property Management or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Property Management (mandatory)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory, due to international client exposure;
- Highly dynamic,enthusiastic and proactive profile, with strong problem-solving skills;
- Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Driving licence (mandatory);
- Availability for occasional travel within national territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
experience with Autocad, BIM and similar ERPs is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with logistics and industrial park development projects.
