Position available in the building industry to be based in Bloemfontein.
Candidates that would like to apply will need the following:
- Grade 12.
- Qualification in BSc (Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management).
- Registered Professional at ASAQS/MBA.
- 3 - 5 Years experience in the building construction industry.
- Valid RSA driver's licence.
- Own reliable transport.
- No criminal record.
The position has the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring cost-effectiveness, profitability, risk management, and contractual compliance in projects.
- Monitoring financial and commercial aspects, detecting variances, and safeguarding contractual rights.
- Supporting department specialists, monitoring subcontractor productivity, and ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to company procedures and systems.
- Understand and submit tenders.
