Thompson Construction Group is seeking a full-time Junior Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across our construction operations. Based in Spruce Grove, this role contributes to the execution of recruitment activities for field and project-based positions across multiple divisions, helping ensure a consistent, professional, and efficient hiring process.
The Junior Recruiter works closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates and coordinating hiring activities for civil construction roles

Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability

Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and prepare offer documentation

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking systems
