About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
  

• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
  

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
