Junior Retail Field Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a driven Retail Field Manager to join our client in Gauteng. As the Retail Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of retail sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with retail customers at store level
• Promote NG sales to new customers
• Monitor and manage shelf health
• Conduct weekly call cycles
• Travel nationally for store visits in EC, WC, BLOEM, KZN, POLOK, NEL, JHB, PRT
• Influence forward share and market share objectives
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Manage sales volume
