 We're hiring a Junior Sales (Business Development), work model 100% on-site.  
 Location: Póvoa de Santa Iria, Vila Franca de Xira.  
 Not a typical sales support job. This is for people who want to learn how to sell, grow fast, and make money. We are a fast-growing company in the international cosmetics sector and we're building a new generation of commercial talent.  
 What you'll do:  
· Prospect and approach new clients (email, phone, LinkedIn, Instagram) 
· Build your own pipeline  
· Create proposals and help with close deals  
· Work directly with experienced sales professionals  
· Learn how real sales works (not theory) 
 Who we're looking for:  
· Recently graduated or early career (0–3 years) 
· Ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented
