Junior Sales Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing quotations and cost estimates from customer enquiries and drawings
• Calculate material, labour, and production costs
• Liaise with sales, production, and suppliers to confirm pricing and lead times
• Maintain and update pricing schedules and costing data
• Support senior estimators with tenders and follow‑ups

Requirements

• Matric (technical qualification or diploma advantageous)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Basic technical understanding; CAD exposure beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within an estimating or sales environment
• Basic CAD drawing ability, steel fabrication experience or knowledge, and exposure to CNC machinery will be advantageous
