Junior Sales Manager

Role description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Junior Sales Manager to support the growth of our flavour business across the GCC and surrounding markets. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong commercial skills within the F&B flavour industry, working closely with and learning from senior team members. You will gain hands‑on exposure to customer management, commercial discussions, and market development, with the opportunity to progressively take on more ownership and responsibility.

Your Mission

• Support Sales Execution – Contribute to the implementation of the regional sales strategy by identifying opportunities, supporting outreach efforts, and driving customer acquisition.
• Develop Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow‑up.
