What You Will Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
- Work with the development team to identify and address impediments to their workflow.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well‑maintained product backlog and effective sprint planning.
- Foster a team environment that encourages self‑organization and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on team performance, helping the team to meet their commitments.
- Assist in conflict resolution and building a productive team culture.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience with Scrum Master.
- Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
- Good level of English.
