About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 08 Software Development Engineer in Test. The Quality Engineering team collaborates closely with various Technology Functions and Business units to ensure the quality delivery of our products. Responsibilities
- Develop and test solutions to test applications across Web, API, and Services platforms.
- Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
- Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools such as ADO and Jira.
