Junior Technical Solutions Consultant (Remote Support) - Remote
This role is structured as a hybrid position, requiring an average of 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external customers and end‑users.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer‑relations inquiries regarding features, specifications, repairs, and product options based on entitlement (warranty or mission‑critical).
- Troubleshoot problems via telephone and e‑support.
- Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
- Proactively assist customers to prevent or reduce problem occurrence.
- Represent HPE at client visits, industry conferences, trade shows, vendor meetings, etc.
