Junior Technician

We are looking for a Junior Technician to join our company that will be trained in the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of kitchen appliances. The candidate should have a basic technical background, customer service experience, and willingness to learn. This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

• Conduct on‑site troubleshooting and repair of kitchen appliances effectively.
• Install and assemble kitchen appliances like ovens, range hoods, and others.
• Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspection to reduce breakdowns.
• Support testing and quality inspection of installed or fixed appliances.

• Coordinate with customers on‑site, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
• Provide basic user guide on appliance use and maintenance to customers on‑site.
