Our energy sector client is seeking a Junior Training Systems (Learning) Analyst (5+ years) to support learning reporting and analytics across enterprise LMS platforms
Contract, Calgary, Onsite, Working Hours: MST
Must Haves
Hands-on experience administering and supporting an Learning Management System (Workday Learning) with role-based security and user support
Proficiency in Power BI operations including publish/refresh cycles and troubleshooting across multiple data sources
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities interpreting learning data and identifying anomalies
Experience managing ServiceNow ticketing or intake processes and supporting audit reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience/certification
