Duties
- To efficiently and diligently Site Supervise, whilst physically working within the specialist Kerbing crew.
- Ensuring assigned projects are completed safely. Prioritising safety and the wellbeing of your team. Nurturing a culture of ‘zero harm’ by leading by example and providing coaching and mentoring to all members of your team.
- Fulfil a generalist Concrete Site Supervisor role if a lack of Kerb Continuity dictates
