What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a personable and driven Key Account Coordinator to join our team based in Chullora NSW on a Permanent Full-time basis. This role supports our Customer Engagement team to ensure the effective management of key customer accounts through proactive coordination, stakeholder liaison, and administrative excellence, contributing to strong customer relationships and service outcomes. Key areas:

  • Support the Regional Key Account Manager & KAM’s with administrative tasks and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly customer communications and meetings.

  • Act as a point of contact when needed for customers, supporting day-to-day queries and service needs.

  • Prepare and coordinate Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packs, monthly review packs, and KPI reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on rates, bookings, collections, and other operational matters.
