Job Mission: As a Key Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving L'Oréal's sales growth and market share within key retail accounts in the Modern Trade channel, specifically focusing on Minimart/CVS chains. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing operational demands, and fostering strong relationships with key customers to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Strategy Development:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of key retail accounts in alignment with divisional and brand strategies.
  • Create comprehensive annual business plans and trade marketing plans, identifying growth levers to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and profitability.
