Key Responsibilities
Managing value-creating projects aligned with the company and customers' strategic business direction. Create value for the key account through differentiation and cost savings.
Translating customer vision and strategies to meaningful projects and value-added activities. Overall responsible for determining the right projects that lead to the desired solution. He shall be involved in the process of overseeing several related projects.
Preparing business cases/proposals on behalf of the company for clients.
Prioritizing resources across projects, managing links between the projects, overall costs, and the risks of the project.
