KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing (40%):

i. Source, interview, and assess candidates to match their skills with client requirements.

ii. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.

iii. Build a talent pipeline and maintain a database of potential candidates.

iv. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide effective staffing solutions.

Client Relationship (30%):

i. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

ii. Understand client needs and industry trends to provide tailored staffing solutions.

iii. Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

iv. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
