Job Description:

  • Create, build and maintain profitable and strategic relationships with key account customers.
  • Actively identify and pursue potential business.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that deliver on the objectives.
  • Ensure that sales and margin targets set for the account manager are achieved on both an individual and team basis.
  • Ensure that all task performed are done within required time, accurate and as soon as possible.
  • Perform marketing co-ordination functions.
  • Ensure the retention of current markets and customers.
  • Identify where costs savings can be implemented.

Qualification & Skills

  • Own Vehicle - Non-negotiable
  • Must be willing to travel at any given notice
  • Understand the manufacturing environment and requirements
  • Minimum NQF Level 5, minimum 120 credits equate to a National Certificate or Higher Certificate
