As part of a team reorganization and a replacement, we are looking for a Key Account Manager dedicated to the HBAS market (Home & Building Automation Systems).
Your mission: strengthen existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth for the Willich site.

Your role

You will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, combining account management and program coordination.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers in the HBAS segment,
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from purchasing teams to executive level,
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to increasing order intake,
  • Anticipate customer needs and align internal teams accordingly,
