Introduction
To continue with our growth and development plan, we want to add a Key Account Manager to our team who combines sales skills with technical knowledge in technology to sell IT products or services (software, hardware, cloud solutions) to our customers.
Role Goals
- Seek new customers and develop the target market.
- Understand customer problems and propose appropriate technological solutions (hardware, software, cloud services).
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products.
- Manage the sales process until the deal is closed.
- Maintain a good after‑sales relationship and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
