Job Description

As Senior Sales Manager you have sales talent and could therefore even sell refrigerators at the North Pole. The sales business is therefore one of the main tasks of this profession, but its entire field of activity goes far beyond the work of a simple salesman. As a rule, sales managers take on a leading role in sales departments of companies and are active in almost all economic sectors.

They are also responsible for the support of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. You coordinate and plan sales strategies, develop concepts to increase turnover and sales figures and negotiate conditions with new customers. As a team leader, you will usually work in the sales department. Every day you will motivate your employees so that you and your team can help the sales and turnover figures to grow steadily.
