Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge and support for healthcare practitioners interested in Ophthalmology to bring value to our customers and their patients
- Build strategic plans for your territory to achieve outcomes and maximize the use of resources aimed at driving success of Eylea HD
- Engage HCPs through multiple channels including face to face, phone calls, emails, and in‑person meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Complete call entry daily to enable omnichannel functionality
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory including HCPs, pharmacists, nurses and support staff
- Collaborate and connect within Bayer to share insights, feedback and support cross‑functional collaboration
