You will be responsible for:
Supporting salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries.
Providing monthly and quarterly reports to customers about the status of their elevators and escalators and internal reports for account analysis,
Documentation management for Government Tenders and Private Companies.
Maintaining customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM
Monitoring the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person
