Position Summary
The Manager, Search and Social is responsible for client communication, development, and oversight of the execution of digital plans and strategies for our clients. The individual will serve as a subject-matter expert internally and will manage both Search and Social marketing efforts. This person will need to have a firm understanding of the purchase paths and how Search/Social work in the media mix.
Key Responsibilities
Operate as a key point of contact for agency planning teams and clients.
Develop best-in-class deliverables to clients using available technology platforms and services.
Work with agency teams and clients directly to ensure their paid search and social efforts meet or exceed KPIs/expectations.
Stay up-to-date with new developments in the digital landscape and educate teams and clients as required.
Serve as a subject matter expert to teams internally and externally.
