Kitchen Assistant

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy Kitchen team, supporting our Events Head Chef and functions team at the Leas Cliff Hall. You will help deliver the first‑class food and hospitality that our customers expect.

Working in our Channel Suite, no two days are the same. This dedicated and dynamic function space hosts conferences, parties, weddings, wakes, and even exhibitions, all situated beneath Kent’s premier entertainment venue, The Leas Cliff Hall. The Channel Suite has been the setting for many treasured memories, with many more on the horizon, in which you could play a part of.

As a Kitchen Assistant, your role is vital to the smooth running of the kitchen operation, providing consistent support to the Events Head Chef and functions team.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play an important part in delivering high‑quality food and excellent service, while maintaining strong hygiene and health and safety standards.
