Our resort in San Agustín on Gran Canaria is located between the coast and the mountains, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Summer temperatures prevail here all year round. Our guests relax in one of our 60 apartments, enjoy a soothing massage or savour local and international dishes in our ‘Palmeras’ restaurant.

We are looking for a committed, creative and professionally skilled personality.

What you can expect

• Responsibility for quality standards, service procedures, cost control and the operational management of our 50-seat restaurant ‘Palmeras’.
• Coordinating and supervising all activities of the kitchen and service staff, a team of 3 people.
• Responsibility for attractive offers and menu planning.
• Organisation and preparation of all meals.
• Carrying out monthly inventories and supervising and maintaining supplier relationships.
