Responsibilities:
Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance- Maintain orderliness and safety standards in the NFS food laboratory (kitchen) and preparation room.
- Laundering of cleaning cloths and aprons.
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and utensils.
- Organisation of student workstations, including table tops, drawers and sinks after each lesson.
- Other related maintenance duties as required.
- Manage kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Support security and safety procedures by verifying that main gas taps, electrical switches are off and knives are properly secured at the end of the day.
