Mono is een specialty coffee bar (focus op single origins) met all day breakfast, brunch en lunch. Daarnaast hebben we een bakkerij waar alles vers wordt bereid.

We are looking for a passionate manager that can lead our kitchen. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen and bakery. You combine creativity with structure and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.

Overseeing the daily operations together with the assistant kitchen manager, combining kitchen and bakery operations

Bakery skills is a plus.

Experience is a must

Attention to detail and creativity

Organizational skills, supervising, guiding skills and being reliable and punctual together with the team
