Kitchen Technician

Job Description

• Maintains a high level in performing the duties and responsibilities.
• Develops a solid operational knowledge of all engineering operational procedures.
• Carries out preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment including but not limited to the electric panels and refrigeration equipment.
• Trouble shoots on all kitchen Equipment.
• Checks stores inventory kitchen spare parts to ensure that there is adequate stock.
• Assists other tradesmen as and when required.
• Maintains all company’s hand and fixed tools in good working condition.

Additional Information

Good English communication skills is an asset
