Kitchen Technician

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on kitchen equipment including cooking appliances (ovens, fryers, stoves), refrigeration units, dishwashers, and other essential kitchen machinery.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with kitchen equipment including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems. Perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore equipment functionality.
• Installation and Setup: Install new kitchen equipment, set up systems, and calibrate them to ensure that all equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
