SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:
Support the kitchen team in daily operations by assisting with preparation, service, and cleaning tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation:
Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, chopping)
Help set up ingredients and mise en place
Prepare simple items such as garnishes, salads, cold sauces, soups, starters, and desserts
During service:
Support chefs with preparations and follow instructions precisely
