Job Description
The Knowledge & Information team is responsible for:
Proactive and reactive delivery of relevant news and current awareness
Reacting to a range of requests for internal and external information
Ensuring access to and evaluation of relevant and appropriate information resources
Training clients so they have the expertise to research efficiently using the services and systems provided
Facilitating the implementation and effective use of the firm's knowledge systems
Scope of Role
The K&I Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the service and to proactively contribute to its development in conjunction with other team members. The K&I Coordinator will primarily be required to:
Handle enquiries.
Support the implementation and management of K&I products and processes within the practice areas and/ or sector groups.
