Knowledge Management, Governance and Standards Lead
Position Overview
Andromeda is establishing a formal Knowledge Management (KM) practice to strengthen how critical information is captured and shared, improve findability and reuse, and enable consistent execution across a distributed, acquisition-driven organization. As the Knowledge Management (KM) Governance and Standards Lead, you will design and implement the foundational KM operating model and deliver day‑to‑day KM execution. You will also provide guidance on the most effective knowledge hub approach and tooling, while establishing information architecture and content standards, enabling publishing and maintenance workflows, and driving adoption across stakeholders. This is not an administrative documentation role. The position focuses on creating a trusted and usable system of record, defining how knowledge will be captured and governed, and enabling contributors and users to adopt new behaviors so that knowledge stays current, owned, and easy to reuse.
