Kofax Developer (FR and ENG)

Overview

You will work mainly on the ADOC application, responsible for processing and archiving digital documents received through multiple channels (mail, email, upload). Every year, more than 6 million digital pages are processed through the platform.

This role combines application support, workflow development, production monitoring, and continuous improvement in a highly operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and operational maintenance of publishing, GED, and workflow applications
• Validation of ADOC functionality during software and infrastructure upgrades
• Analysis and resolution of production incidents
• User support and assistance requests management
• Coordination with OPS / ITG teams regarding incidents and change requests
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of ADOC workflows and INSIGHT reporting
