L2 IT Onsite Support Consultant
Job description
We are looking for an IT Support Consultant responsible for second-line support, including incident/request resolution, PC staging and IMAC, hardware/software troubleshooting (including VIP), and assisting with server, network, and event support. Requires proven IT support experience, strong PC and network troubleshooting, imaging and ticketing skills, mentoring ability, a related IT degree, and fluency in Cantonese and English, with analytical, autonomous, and collaborative working style.

Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for incidents and service requests
Resolve and close incidents/service requests in line with help desk procedures and allocated timelines
