L2 Linux/Unix System Engineer

This position provides system support for all UNIX/Linux based software by implementing, monitoring and maintaining systems and application software running under UNIX/Linux. The position also works with software vendors to provide optimum system performance and availability. Mandatory Skill : Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Design, implementing and administering Unix/Solaris Capacity Planning, Risk Management & customer Service Orientation. Incident and problem management, communication to stakeholders from the first occurrence to the resolution and provide incident report where required. Installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux systems. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Co-ordinate with various parties for system or application upgrade or implementation of new system.
