  We’re Hiring: L2 Network Security Operations Engineer  
A global IT company is growing and looking for talented professionals to join their team! 
  Location:  Cebu/Manila (Hybrid: 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) 
  Employment Type:  Full-time | Midshift (1PM-10PM) 
  Salary:  Up to ₱50,000 

  Key Responsibilities:  
Monitor and maintain Zscaler platforms (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, VPN, etc.) 
Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (within SLA) 
Configure security settings (SSL, firewall, URL filtering, threat protection) 
Manage user access and provisioning (SAML, SCIM) 
Monitor system health, logs, and alerts 
Document processes and support shift handovers 
Escalate complex issues to L3 support 
Follow global security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, Zero Trust)
