Client: IBM Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hyderabad Notice period: Immediate / 15 days Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 production support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure business continuity and system stability. Support Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Risk, and Credit teams, including direct interaction with traders during market hours. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents affecting trading, risk management, finance, and downstream systems. Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
