Job Description:

L2 Support Engineer – Active Monitoring & Application Support
Location: Lahore Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM Experience: 2–4 Years
We are hiring L2 Support Engineers to manage production monitoring, handle L1 escalations, and resolve complex application, database, and infrastructure issues. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Responsibilities
Monitor systems using Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, PagerDuty and respond to alerts
Own incidents end-to-end, ensuring resolution within SLAs
Analyze logs (ELK, Splunk, Graylog) and troubleshoot application/performance issues
Investigate database issues (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Troubleshoot cloud and infra (AWS, Azure, GCP; networking, DNS, VPN, TLS)
Understand workflows to identify root causes across application and business logic
Maintain documentation (runbooks, SOPs, RCA, handovers)
